Metabolomic Rewiring in Endocrine Therapy-Resistant Estrogen Receptor Positive Breast Cancer

We performed RMA normalization of microarray data and extracted AMPK signature gene expression. 

The average of AMPK signature was plotted. To get the activity of AMPK signature, we performed Principal Component Analysis (PCA) on gene sets first and then redfine the signature based on Coefficients of PC1. Then again performed PCA on Samples and plotted percentage of Coefficients of PC1 as the activity.
