Description
This data set included micrographs used for FIJI based morphology analysis of aA-crystallin and aB-crystallin co-aggregates with lysozyme. Reaction ratios of chaperone:client include 1:0 (apo-state), 4:1, 2:1, and 1:1 for each isoform. Also, included is a spreadsheet containing various data from the paper (turbidity, dynamic light scattering, negative stain EM measurements).
