- Occupancy of chain A
- Occupancy of NAD cofactors
- Bfactor of chain A at occupancy 0.5 of chain A
- Reconstructions of rotavirus spike protein:
- No selection for spike, subsets of various particle numbers
- Positive selection (enriched) for spike, subsets of various particle numbers
