VESPA: Analysis of selected CPTAC datasets
Description
This is a supplemental dataset to the VESPA manuscript "Network-based elucidation of colon cancer drug resistance by phosphoproteomic time-series analysis". VESPA was used to reconstruct signaling networks and to conduct kinase/phosphatase activity inference for selected subsets of the following CPTAC datasets:
