РЕЙТИНГОВЕ ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ НАУКОВО-ПЕДАГОГІЧНИХ ПРАЦІВНИКІВ ЯК ПОКАЗНИК ЯКОСТІ ОСВІТНІХ ПОСЛУГ

The article grounds the rating estimation system of scientific activity of higher education institution workers. There have been defined that the purpose of the rating estimation and analysis is the work quality estimation of every educational research worker and departments in general, improvement of the structural subdivisions management system of the higher education institution, and creating conditions of the dynamic growth on the basis of generalizing and full application of the available staff potential. There have been analyzed requirements as for calculating the rating introduced in the State Higher Education Institution “Donbas State Pedagogical Universityˮ. The scientific activity rating of teachers covers the widely spread sides of scientific research work considering pedagogical direction of teachers. Including: the information about articles published in editions which enter scientific metrical data bases Scopus, Web of Science, Index Copernicus, national special editions; participation in conferences abroad and in Ukraine; editions published abroad and in Ukraine; implementation of distant courses; advancing scientific pedagogical workers' qualification; reviewing; project development for grant acquisition; defense and preparation of theses; article citing in SCOPUS, Web of Science, Google Academy, so on.
