Description
This paper is all about human rights and constitutional protection to women. Researchers have conducted a research on the meaning of human rights and discrimination on women in India. The constitution of India prohibits discrimination on the basis of religion, race, cast, sex and place of birth. The researcher argues that discrimination is a form of discrimination and should be denounced. In the second part of this paper, it talks about how women are to be treated equally on all fronts. This means that all the laws for both will be applied to them. To give reasons for this section is a very difficult task because it does not talk about anything else but about giving equality to the woman. Thus, giving them equality means making laws which are applicable to everyone.
