July 2-5, 2023 | Bloomington, IN on 2nd of July.

We presented the upcoming iteration of the OpenAIRE beginner's kit (a Dockerized container with Jupyter notebooks and Apache Spark to play with a subset of OpenAIRE data locally on your machine), and a new Virtual Research Environment called Open Scientometrics Lab (essentially, taking the beginner's kit into the cloud at zero cost and zero configuration).
Via Spark, you can fake the presence of a SQL database and query OpenAIRE data.
