Mutation of the VInv 5' UTR regulatory region reduces acrylamide levels in processed potato to reach EU food-safety standards

Description
This upload refers to raw read generated from sequencing of 11 potato lines of Lady Rosetta variety which were transformed by agrobacterium-mediated transformation, targeting the 5'UTR of the Vacuolar Invertase gene (VInv) for editing by CRISPR-Cas9.
Non-transformed Lady Rosetta and Verdi plants were also sequenced as controls
The paired reads were generated by MiSeq illumina sequencing of PCR amplicons from the different lines and contol varieties.
