EMDiffuse Dataset

Mouse brain cortex electron microscopy denoising and super-resolution dataset. The file format is organized as below:

• brain_train // mouse brain cortex dataset to train
  • 1  // region index. Each region contains images obtained using a 20,000 magnification rate and a 40,000 magnification rate with different imaging speeds.
    • Brain__2w_01.tif // Super-resolution raw data. The magnification rate is 20,000 and the imaging time is ~ 7s
    • Brain__2w_02.tif // Super-resolution raw data. The magnification rate is 20,000 and the imaging time is ~14s
    • Brain__2w_03.tif // Super-resolution raw data. The magnification rate is 20,000 and the imaging time is ~20s
