SPIT- GTEx simulated experiments

Description

This dataset contains the original quantification file of 235 GTEx samples and 20 DTU experiments simulated on this data for the evaluation of SPIT. An R script is provided for running DRIMSeq&stageR on the experiments. For the scripts used for generating the experiments as well as running the SPIT pipeline, please see the GitHub page for SPIT.
