E-MTAB-11349 Raw Counts Matrix

These datasets are based on two datasets available on the  Bio Studies Array Express respository, accession numbers E-MTAB-11349 and E-MTAB-6845. The original sdrf and processed counts matrix files are reproduced here, along with counts data at various stages of processing for the E-MTAB-11349 dataset.

This dataset is used as part of a training on machine learning readiness with RNA-Seq data. The data is republished here for the convenience of students on the training course.
