Description
Supporting data for a manuscript involving simulation of vegetation with the Community Land Model and FATES.

In this data repository:
- Inputdata: Six versions of model input data (atmospheric forcing), 'inputdata.7z'
- skj_pt_gswp3 = Site Skjellingahaugen (skj), point scale (pt), default GSWP3 dataset used as the 'warm' baseline
- skj_pt_gswp3-cold = Cold-adjusted version of the default data, used as the 'cold' baseline
- -otc and -otc2 endings = modified versions of the two baselines where a simple (1 Kelvin) or extreme (2 Kelvin) Open-top chamber (OTC) effect added during daytime in summer to the temperature forcing.
- Simulation output:
- Archive: full archive of history files (monthly model output) per simulation
- Case folders: case folders, containing the standard CLM case folder structure as well as bld (build) and run directories. The case folders also contain concatenated (combined) model history files for the entire simulation period (e.g. "warm.h0.concatenated.nc").
