Pengaruh Bilingualisme Terhadap Kemampuan Berbahasa Pada Anak Usia 7 Tahun

This research is descriptive and is a qualitative research. Qualitative research is research that is generally used to examine people's lives, history of behavior, social phenomena and social problems and others. This study uses interview and observation methods as data collection instruments with note-taking techniques. Observation or direct observation of the object of scrutiny is carried out with the aim of getting a clear and concrete picture of the linguistic problems experienced by the object of scrutiny. Furthermore, the interview method was carried out by researchers via telephone and voice messages. The data obtained in this study must first be analyzed through the translation stage.This study showed that 7-year-old subjects in the bilingual sphere were already able to produce several types of sentences with complete structure. These types of sentences include declarative, introgative, and imperative sentences. However, based on the results of the analysis, it appears that due to bilingual environmental influences, subjects aged 7 years experience a mixture of two types of language in speech (mixed code). Mix codes that occur in the subject of study, namely mixing codes at the word level with the type of insertion code interference (insertion).
