JOB CRAFTING AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE HEALTH

This research aims to determine the job crafting effect on organizational performance health. This is applied research. The results showed that employee-oriented leadership positively and significantly affects the health and performance of employees and job crafting promotion, however, its effect on the prevention of job crafting is negative and insignificant.
