Deliverable D6.2 TOOL FOR PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT

The present document constitutes the Deliverable D6.2 “Tool for performance assessment” in the framework of the WP6, Task 6.2 IP4MaaS project (S2R-OC-IP4-01-2020, GA 101015492). This deliverable will set the terminology list used in this project as a starting point, summarizing the concepts from the previous IP4 projects. Those new concepts introduced by the IP4MaaS project will be differentiated, and special attention will be paid to those topics with a different meaning than the other IP4 projects (COHESIVE, CONNECTIVE, ExtenSive, RIDE2RAIL). This deliverable, as a tool for performance assessment, will focus on the analysis and assessment of specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and User Satisfaction Index (USI survey) based on the methodological framework which has been discussed in D3.2 “List of operational KPIs, analysis of the users’ satisfaction and methodology as a whole, F-REL” (WP3) to obtain the final weight of benefits cluster and IP4MaaS functionalities in Athens demo site phase I. After explaining the methodology and the concept of the effectiveness formula, this deliverable indicates how this methodology can calculate the final weight of IP4 functionalities through operational Key Performance Indicators (KIPs) and the User Satisfaction Index (USI). Furthermore, it will evaluate user satisfaction with the IP4 solution1 and illustrate how the Effectiveness will be calculated for each user profile and the technological innovation.
