EFFECTS OF MOISTURE ON SELF-LUMINOUS GFRPS
Description
This paper presents an experimental study on self-luminous GFRPs’ tensile and luminance properties
under varying luminous powder concentrations and durations of water submersion. The experimental
results indicate additional powder increased the material’s afterglow properties to an extent, decreased
its tensile strength at high concentrations, and improved its elastic modulus. Moisture weakened
GFRP’s tensile strength while the luminance properties remained virtually unaffected.
