Description

This package contains R and Python code for identifying flood damage response surfaces as described in the article "Evaluating Flood Risk under Non-stationary Climate and Urban Development Conditions – A Scenario-Neutral Experimental Setup".

The code can be used to identify the reference response surfaces considered in the article. The corresponding example data are also included in the package.

In addition, an R-script is provided which can be used to compute expected flood damages from the response surfaces, considering both coastal and pluvial hazards.

Please refer to the ReadMe file and the descriptions in the scripts for details.
