Haplotype-resolution transcriptome analysis reveals important responsive gene modules and allele-specific expression contributions under continuous salt and drought in Camellia sinensis

The scripts used to analysis the haplotype-resolution transcriptome analysis in tea plant, we used these scripts to build the expression matrix and identify allele-specific expression(ASE) genes.
