The IS-ENES3 deliverable D2.1 provides a set of recommendations which arise from an analysis of the European large-scale climate modelling needs carried out by the European Network for Earth System Modelling. There are detailed recommendations made under each of: HPC, Model Development, Collaboration, Diagnostics, Data Systems, and Workforce.
