Teaching Sustainability and Stewardship Workshop 4: A Sustainability lesson plan with Science and Religious perspectives and worldviews in the international learning community

In Workshop 4 the international learning community of teachers (from England and Zambia), in collaboration developed and refined a sustainability lesson plan that incorporated science and stewardship (religious or worldviews) perspectives. 

Participants were invited to:

Respond to the question: 'Can Nuclear Power save the Planet?'
Supporting their students to explore a sustainability question by investigating through the lenses of science and stewardship by considering:

• How each discipline/perspective would interpret  the question
• The distinct methods each discipline/perspective use to investigate
• How each discipline/perspective would recognise a good answer

Participants were invited to discuss their experiences of teaching sustainability (inc science & stewardship) and provide overall feedback of their experiences of participating in the learning community.
