Farm profile questionnaire

The farm profile questionnaire must be completed as soon as the evaluator arrives at the property, with the exception of section 04 (sanity) and question 5.n, which must be answered after observing the animals and employee(s). The sections of the questionnaire are divided into 5 (herd, facilities, calf management, health and calf employees. Each of the sections must be answered by the respective responsible, be they the technician, the manager or the employee.
