This dataset contains data that support the manuscript
Schmidt et al () "Gold-FISH enables targeted NanoSIMS analysis of plant-associated bacteria", The New Phytologist, accepted on 14.06.2023.
It contains the following data:
NanoSIMS imaging data, which was used for Fig. 2-3, as well as for Fig. S1-4. Data are provided as the original NanoSIMS images (.im) as well as their associated checkfiles (.chk_im).
