In today's conditions, the development of critical infrastructure in the countries of the world from the standpoint of the formation of a security environment is of particular relevance. In view of this, there is a need for theoretical and methodological substantiation and the search for appropriate tools for assessing the level and quality of development of critical infrastructure.
