SAXS data of GDAP1 full-length protein

Description

SEC-SAXS data of GDAP1 full-length wild-type protein using Fos-Choline-12 as detergent. The compressed files contain a directory containing the buffer and sample frames. The directory should open in ATSAS chromixs for data reduction.

Please note that there are two identical datasets collected at two synchrotrons. 

Notes

The data was collected at synchrotron SOLEIL, SWING beamline, March 2023, and synchrotron PETRA III, EMBL P12, May 2023.
