ЗНАЧЕННЯ МЕТОДУ ГЕРМЕНЕВТИКИ У ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯХ ПРАВОВОГО СПРЯМУВАННЯ

The methodological development of issues of legal hermeneutics allows to integrate various methods of research on the interpretation of legal norms as a real phenomenon of theoretical thinking and to systematize knowledge about it. The value of the hermeneutic method in the interpretation of legal norms lies in the fact that it does not contradict other methodological paradigms, but to a large extent accumulates their individual advantages.
