D6.3 Management and Optimization of City Resources Pilot V1

This deliverable describes the implementation of the AI4PP Pilot case on Management and Optimization of City Resources in Athens, Greece. Two policies have been defined, the first related to the optimization of parking space allocation, and the second on maintenance incidents prediction for planning purposes. The main steps in the implementation of this Pilot (Section 3) encompass: a) the systematization of data in relation to the policies with greater implementation potential, their cataloguing and curation; b) policy definition, testing and evaluation; and c) improvement of policies and continuous co-creation with the stakeholders’ ecosystem. A user/stakeholder feedback collection plan (Section 4) and training plans (Section 5) have been described. The document is the first version of a report on the activities within Task 6.2.
