The 2022 edition of the BBM dataset, contains 212 published Boolean networks. The main zip file `biodivine-boolean-models-august-2022.zip` contains all relevant documentation and source files that can be used to generate custom model variants. Remaining zip files contain specific pre-generated sets of models.
