Description

This is a repository detailing bioinformatic analyses to accompany a manuscript on genetic and epigenetic variation in branching Porites corals from Belize, titled "Genetic and epigenetic insight into morphospecies in a reef coral".

Also included is the Symbiodinum kawagutii genome assembly obtained on 5-31-2017 from http://web.malab.cn/symka_new/download.jsp. These data are included in this repository because they are not currently located in a public genome database. Reference for these data: Lin, S., Cheng, S., Song, B., Zhong, X., Lin, X., Li, W., Li, L., Zhang, Y., Zhang, H., Ji, Z. and Cai, M., 2015.
