Description
List of integral values of the cholesterol 1H NMR signals (18-CH3: 0.67 ppm 3- CH: 3.54 ppm & 6-CH: 5.37 ppm) derived relative to the TSP reference signal (0 ppm) obtained after NMR data acquisition of 1H NMR spectra on a Bruker Biospin Avance III 800 MHz NMR spectrometer. Using these integral values the concentration of cholesterol can be calculated.
