ABSTRACT

The word governance is so important that its presence is found in every corner of the universe. Governance is fundamental in improving social life. Thanks to Social Governance, people not only get better opportunities to live, but also their quality of life improves. The best social governance is established when the individuals in the society agree on a common social contract,certain standards and ensure absolute adherence to the constitution and law. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) not only combined tribally divided people under one center but also improved their social order and eased their plight. The social order strategy of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is clearly visible in peace and war. Because of this social governance strategy, the objectives and basic motivations of war changed on one hand; while on the other hand, it was possible to achieve the desired goals with less time and less bloodshed.
