FOREIGN LANGUAGE LEARNING FOR DEVELOPING COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF LANGUAGE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

The article deals with the role of foreign language in developing communicative competence of language university students, issues of communicative teaching of foreign language, communicative-oriented teaching, student-centered learning and extracurricular activities for learning foreign languages in light of post method era. It also discusses effective ways of learning a foreign language with some samples and research summaries by different Russian, English and Korean scholars.
