The name of each folder represents the figure it plots, e.g., directly running the 'ExtFig_2_upload.mlx' in folder 'ExtFig_2__upload', which contains all the code and data for plotting, and you will get Extended Data Figure 2 in the manuscript.
Specifically, the folder 'CommonFiles' contains all the widely used function files that you should put together with other folders.
