ASySD v0.0.1 (Shiny App)

This deposit contains the version of ASySD shiny app assessed in our preprint and future publication:

Contents within the app folder are copied from a prior GitHub commit in the ASySD shiny repository. The sessionInfo file contains the output of sessionInfo() in the R environment to advise on recommended package versions. Files used for testing in the preprint are available via the Open Science Framework project. 

Note that updated versions of ASySD (now a formalised R package at v1.1.1) are available and documented in the ASySD GitHub repository.
