Description

16 test datasets in silico generated ranging from 100% to 85% nucleotide sequence identity with sequences from Anellovirus_2023.1 (Primates). For each group and genus a sequence was randomly selected from the database (total 33), diversity was artificially added to the complete genome nucleotide sequence and FASTQ were generated using art_illumina (Version: 2.5.8) (parameters: -ss HS25 -f 1000 -p -l 100 -m 250 -na -s 15).
