BIBLIOTECILE ȘI REZILIENȚA SOCIALĂ: PROIECT DE PARTENERIAT MOLDO-LETON

The author highlights the stages of the development cooperation project of Latvia and the Republic of Moldova "Librarians promoting local democracy, development and resilience". The main activities implemented within the project are: the study visit to Latvia of 15 librarians from the Republic of Moldova, the obtaining of 2 scholar ships for a professional internship in Latvia, the development of a methodology regarding the coverage of the cognitive resilience dimension.
