CAREER DEVELOPMENT OF PEDAGOGICAL SPECIALISTS - CONDITIONS AND PERSPECTIVES

The relevance of the problem under consideration is determined by the introduced state educational standard for career development, defined in Ordinance №15/22.07.2019 on the status and professional development of teachers, principals and other pedagogical specialists, according to which the acquisition of professional qualification degrees is one of the main paths for promotion to career development in the teaching profession. The publication outlines the normative requirements regarding the career development of teachers in two aspects: horizontally and vertically. The results of a survey on teachers' attitudes and their attitude to the career development system introduced by a by-law are presented in Bulgaria
