ALGORITHM FOR DETERMINING THE NUMBER OF GREEN BOLLS IN COTTON ROW IMAGES

The number of green bolls is a consequence of the agrotechnical indicators of cotton field, which makes it possible to predict the yield of this field. The article proposes an algorithm based on the analysis of the image of a cotton row, which determines the number of green boxes on it. The software implementation of this algorithm was one of the components of the computer system for the the accelerated assessment of the quality of cotton pickers and agrotechnical indicators.
