Deliverable 5.3 A set of KPIs to plan a safe risk-based maintenance

ASHVIN WP5 “Digital twin based structural monitoring and asset management” focus on establishing a real-time connection between physical infrastructures and virtual yet realistic numerical models of such assets for the purpose of supporting maintenance and asset management tasks. Deliverable 5.3 entitled “A set of KPIs to plan a safe risk-based maintenance”.  This report is related to task 5.3 “Risk-based predictive maintenance” led by UPC. 

Abstract 

This deliverable describes the developed key performance indicators (KPIs) to plan and control productive, resource efficient, and safe maintenance together with guidelines for their applications. The report also describes the exemplary implementation of the key performance indicators (KPIs) and the associated performance indicators (PIs) on a few selected demonstration projects.
