HERBERT A. SIMON WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF DECISION MAKING THEORY IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Herbert A. Simon who made important contributions to decision-making in the organizational theory and managerial sciences literature, examined the main objective of Simon, especially after 1950s, on the direction determined by the management sciences and public administration discipline. To this end, Simon's features are explored in-depth in rational decision-making and limited rationality theory. As a method in the study, especially literature review was preferred and attention was paid to Simon's primary sources.
