LINGUISTIC FEATURES OF SIMILES IN THE WORKS OF O'TKIR HASHIMOV

In the article, the linguistic features of similes were studied in the framework of the literary text, examples were given and explained. The scientific views of several scientists about similes were discussed. Metaphor and simile were compared, examples were given and differences were shown. Samples of O'tkir Hashimov's works "Between Two Doors" and "Inscriptions on the Border of a Notebook" were seen.
