Dependence Of Quality Indicators Of Bread Wheat On The Grain Color And Genotype

Description

The article is devoted to the study of the relationship between quality indicators and the color of wheat grain.
It was established that, the only difference between white-grained and red-grained varieties is flour output.
White grained varieties had higher quality compared with red-grained ones under the rainfed conditions. The
obtained results show that both rainfted and irrigated conditions of the Azerbaijan Republic are favorable for
the cultivation of red grained, bread wheat genotypes having high quality.
