Natural language annotations about Python statements

The dataset is made of pairs of files sharing the prefix of the filename

* Annotations are in JSONL format (filenames ending with '_annot'), i.e. JSON objects separated by newline ('\n') characters

* Reference source code files are in JSON format. (filenames ending with '_code')
