MX Raster Data For Compression
Description
This data set, contains 6 raster experiment data sets, performed on and around a large lysozyme crystal sample using various beam intensities. These data are used to investigate several compressions (ratio and speed).
Notes
Each tar file contains the hdf5 data related for each collection (master file and data files). All .h5 files are further compressed using bzip2.
More details will be included. The H5 data files contain diffraction data from a sample in a loop format, for most raster data the area was larger than the loop size and the beam size used was 7x5 um2. H5 data files are compressed using bslz4 compression by default.
