Description

NFixDB is  a comprehensive SQL database for diazotroph nitrogenases (nifDHK), alternative nitrogenases (vnfDHK and anfDHK), and nitrogenase-like enzymes linked to ribosomal operons (16S-5S-5.8S-23S). It is the first step towards biological sustainable agriculture.
