Automated Characterizing and Predicting Attractiveness of Good First Issues on GitHub

Code Explanation:

* To ensure program run, we need to specify the root directory of the project in util.py. 

* Code that crawling projects and corresponding GFIs is in crawl_issues_search_API.py, crawling GFIs with html format is in craw_issues_html.py, crawling commits get_commits_by_request.py, Particularly, we need prepare some personal tokens to crawl GitHub projects which can be set up in github_util.py. 
     
*  Code that extracting features and mergingng all features are in /new_project directory. 
    
*  Code that determining whether GFIs are attractive is in test_determine_attractive.py
    
*  Code that predicting model is in train_model_ours.py, baseline code is in train_model_base_line.py.
