vamos: VNTR annotation using efficient motif sets
Description
We provide the original/efficient motif sets for 390,115 VNTR loci constructed from 148 haplotype-resolved HPRC + HGSVC assemblies (10.1101/2022.07.09.499321, 10.1126/science.abf7117).
We also provide the vamos annotations for 148 HPRC + HGSVC assemblies using original motif and efficient motif sets (q=0.1).
