Some Peculiarities of Calluso-and Morphogenesis Indused from Immature Embryos of Barley

Immature embryos of barley varieties of domestic breeding were cultured in vitro on nutrient media with the
same phytohormonal composition at the stages of milk and wax ripeness. The peculiarities of the process of
callus- and morphogenesis induced from explants at various stages of maturity were investigated.
