This copy is dated by Aḥsan-allâh, in the month Dhû-alḥijjah, A.H. 1213 (A.D. 1799, May), in the time of Nawwâb Mu’în-aldaulah Dilirjang Bahâdur, the son of Nawwâb Mubârak-aldaulah Bahâdur (the latter probably identical with Mîr Ja’far ‘Alîkhân, the Nawwâb or Nâżim of Bangâlah’s youngest son, who succeeded his brother Saif-aldaulah, March, 1770, and died at Murshidâbâd, September, 1793). College of Fort William 1825.
