THE IMPORTANCE OF DIGITALIZATION OF PUBLIC RELATIONS IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

This article examines the modern mechanisms of digitization of PR in public administration, describes the development trends of digital PR, determines the importance of social networks in the work of a state body, the importance of e-mail and the use of Twitter by representatives of the political sphere. Digital technologies that can be used in the digital transformation of public relations in public administration were also studied.
