Workplace bullying is one of the most relevant social stressors at work. Although previous research has shown its negative consequences on health and well-being, scarce evidence is available about the emotional mechanisms of this relationship. Thus, we conducted a longitudinal study. The final sample comprised 139 participants over 4 waves
